This is an exceptionally expressive, multidimensional tsipouro based on the rare Chiotiko variety. It possesses an intense Mediterranean character—in terms of both aromas and flavors—that strikes a balance between spicy freshness and earthy elegance. The initial impression is unexpectedly spicy, featuring notes of fresh green chili (jalapeño) and Jamón Ibérico that evolve into deeper nuances of nuts and wood, lending it rare complexity. On the palate, it is dynamic and lively, with a peppery sensation reminiscent of green chili.
