Its name is inspired by Mount Amani in northwestern Chios, a region with a long tradition of viticulture.
The spirit is crafted according to the philosophy of artisanal distillation, capturing the aromas of the island's terroir.
It possesses a clean, floral, and fruity character with a full body, as the absence of anise allows the grape's primary aromas to express themselves fully.
