- 5 slices of bread or 3 whole grain rusks
- 500 gr. veal mincemeat
- 2 eggs
- 1 grated tomato
- 2 table-spoons of vinegar
- salt, pepper
- ½ glass of ouzo - mastic
We put the mincemeat in a bowl with the bread or the soaked and well squeezed rusks, the 2 eggs, salt and pepper, the tomato, the vinegar and we knead them until they are fluffy.
Afterwards we mould them into small pies, we flour them and fry them in hot oil. Once they are ready, we put them in a plate, we pour the ouzo - mastic on top and after that we light them and serve them flambé.
