"8 Sparrows" (8 Spourgites) Tsipouro is a handcrafted spirit from Chios.
This distinctive single-varietal tsipouro, made from the Begleri grape, is bold and lively on the palate. Begleri is a rare, white, indigenous grape variety from Ikaria that is now also cultivated on Chios, yielding a tsipouro with a highly intense aromatic and herbal profile.
